鈥婳n December 19, 2023 the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) released its long-awaited final guidance on registered charities making grants to non-qualified donees. These updates were covered in an April 10, 2024 session hosted by 海角黑料鈥檚 Jessie Krafft and Miller Thomson LLP鈥檚 Robert Hayhoe. During the webinar they compared the newly defined tools with the existing own activities model and discussed how this affects a risk-based approach to international charitable funding.
